What Was Going On?

We noticed the property was vacant and gave the homeowner a call. The property was passed down to her through probate and it has been in her family since her childhood years.

The Condition of the House

This house was 1600 sq ft, wood frame build, with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house was in bad condition. From being vacant for so long the floors were rotting and the foundation was weak. It needed new floors, a new kitchen, complete bathroom remodels, new windows, and restoring the foundation.

The Result

Due to the fact that the property did not have an HOA, this was an easy transaction. We worked with the homeowners’ attorney and got the property sold in 7 business days. With both parties walking away happy, this was a win-win.
