What Was Going On?
The homeowner found us online and called us. She was living in the property and needed to sell as quickly as possible because she needed to help pay for her children’s education. She needed to stay in the house two weeks after they got the funds to find a new home. We closed a week after agreeing on the price and she moved out of the house 14 days after closing. FL Home Buyers made that possible.
The Condition of the House
The house was 2200 sqft. and had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house was in rough shape; it needed new floors throughout the whole home, new kitchen, all new bathroom updates, new garage door, and roof work. The house was all original. The property also had open violations with landscaping, roof, and other minor cosmetic issues. A serious job for serious home buyers.
We agreed on a price on August 16th and closed on August 28th. We had open violations and had to work with the HOA. We paid all cash and had an agreement in place to allow the homeowner to stay in the property for 2 weeks after closing. This was a win-win for both parties.
