What Was Going On?
This homeowner needed to sell their home that was in total disrepair. They were looking for someone who could close on the home regardless of what repairs need to be done.
The Condition of the House
This townhome was about 1100 sq ft, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This home needed everything; new drywall, AC unit, doors, showers, bathroom cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, and lots of demolition!
The Result
We closed and the seller was able to leave everything behind and start fresh. We made the necessary renovations to restore this home to its former glory and all parties walked away happy!
