What Was Going On?
The homeowner found us online and called us. He was living in the northeast and needed to sell his late father’s home. The house had a lot of title issues and several buyers backed out after their discovery. We assured him we would be able to work through it and close, and we did.
The Condition of the House
The house was 3200 sqft. and had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house was in completely original shape; it needed a new roof, new tile floors throughout the whole home, new bathroom cabinets, and new kitchen cabinets.
The Result
The homeowner closed, got his funds, and was able to move on with his life. This was a win-win for both parties.
