What Was Going On?

This homeowner was in the beginning phases of the probate process and inherited this home. The homeowner was looking for a dependable buyer to close after the probate paperwork was recorded.

The Condition of the House

This townhome was about 1700 sq ft, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This home was completely original. The house had a leak underneath the kitchen sink that ruined the cabinetry and nearby baseboards in the kitchen.

The Result

We closed and the seller walked away happily with their check. We completely renovated the townhouse and sold it to a buyer who was ecstatic about having a beautifully redone home to move into. A win-win-win for everybody!
